4.1 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE STATEMENT 155  On 6 May 2025, EXMAR announced that Saverex NV crossed a threshold of 90% due to an acquisition of shares. In accordance with Section 74§6 of the Law on Public Takeover Bids of 1 April 2007, Saverex NV notified the FSMA on 15 October 2007, updated on 27 August 2024, that it holds more than 30% of the securities with voting rights in EXMAR, a listed company.
